Includes a 14,500SF maintenance shop, a 32,000SF large vehicle storage area with a 34’x102′ covered breezeway. The vehicles in SIA’s fleet can clear an entire runway in less than 20 minutes and over the course of a year clear 6.6M cubic feet (>150 acres) of snow from airport runways. This project received LEED Gold certification.
