Lincoln High School

Originally built in 1906, this 194,000 SF high school was transformed into a modern, high-tech learning environment while preserving its historic character. The project included converting the original auditorium into a state-of-the-art library and media center, creating larger classrooms from the old gym, and repurposing original gym track balusters into benches across campus. Delivered as a GC/CM project in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, careful preplanning and material logistics ensured the community was not adversely affected during construction.
