This Design-Build project adds 135,000 SF, and 192 rooms to the Northern Quest Resort & Casino.  The new wing of Northern Quest’s hotel is located to the west of the current hotel tower; a sky-walk connects the current hotel to the northwest side of the new addition. This allows for indoor foot travel from the existing hotel tower and gaming floor to the new tower, including a Thomas Hammer coffee kiosk, gas fireplace, and seating areas. The design concept is inspired by an Indian fish weir, a community-focused fishing technique where Indians gathered to fish, trade, and celebrate.
