The structure is approximately 70,000 SF with floors 2-4 containing, office, and breakout space while the first floor will house a gym, kitchen, training, office and conference spaces.   The project was delivered using an accelerated schedule that included a multi package delivery of construction documents. This process helped shave months off design and construction and allowed work to begin before the final interior design was complete.
