Costco Wholesale selected Lydig Construction to fulfill their construction needs for numerous stores throughout the United States. For more than 14 years, the Lydig Team constructed 11 new stores and completed 12 renovation/addition projects for Costco Wholesale in seven different states. Upon selection, the Lydig Team utilizes it’s own forces along with pre-selected and qualified local subcontractors to complete the projects in an accelerated manner. Under the current Costco Wholesale construction program the 150,000 SF stores are completed within a four month construction period. The retail stores contain a pharmacy, prescription eyeglass department, bakery, refrigeration/freezer department, fresh food prep/deli department, and automotive tire garage.
