Scope of work included dismantling the top three levels of the structure, four floors of new construction and two MEP mezzanine levels. Two stories were excavated below the structure to install fuel storage tanks and construct basement level mechanical rooms and electrical vaults. Reliability is critical to the client and the facility was built to withstand significant seismic events, power outages and extreme weather to provide a high level of data security.
