Jubilant HollisterStier Pharmaceutical Fill Line 4 Expansion
A state-of-the-art, high-security facility expanding critical pharmaceutical infrastructure under rigorous FDA and EU regulatory standards.
The Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane campus is undergoing a multi-phase expansion to increase domestic sterile injectable manufacturing capacity, including the new 160,000 SF Line 4 facility on the west end of the campus. The expansion supports advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, packaging, warehousing, and a centralized shipping and logistics center, all designed to meet stringent U.S. FDA and European Union regulatory standards. The project also includes extensive site infrastructure improvements, such as major utility systems, stormwater management, and significant grading and earthwork to support high-performance operations. Additional scope includes roadway realignment, enhanced campus circulation, and new parking areas, all executed within a highly controlled, high-security environment to meet federal requirements for Department of Defense–related work.
