Matthew is a construction professional with five years of experience across various divisions. Beginning his career as a self-perform carpenter, he has developed strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. With a commitment to fostering positive team dynamics, he excels in delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the mountains and rivers of Northern Idaho through hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, and white-water rafting.
