Lakehaven Water and Sewer District HQ

Lydig’s phased construction of the new 40,000 SF Lakehaven Water and Sewer District (LWSD) Headquarters in Federal Way, WA, includes a two-story administration building, vehicle storage, and a remodeled maintenance facility, all built to “critical facility” standards. This project also upgraded stormwater systems, underground utilities, and street frontage, while keeping LWSD and neighboring fire station operations fully functional throughout construction.
