When CollinsWoerman, one of the area’s top architecture firms, decided to relocate their office to Seattle’s Central Business District, Lydig was selected to build-out their new space.

CollinsWoerman now occupies the entire 14th floor of the Dexter Horton Building, originally built in 1924. The 20,000 SF office is divided into three open-office wings with over 150 workstations. There are two resource libraries, four conference rooms, a lunch room, doc-prep area and numerous open meeting stations located throughout the space.
